Service Advisor – Automotive
We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team. If you’re passionate about cars, enjoy problem-solving, and can deliver an exceptional customer experience, this role is for you.
𝗞𝗲𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Be the first point of contact for customers throughout their service journey.
Translate customer concerns into clear instructions for our technicians.
Advise on repairs, maintenance, and service options.
Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
Keep customers updated, resolve complaints, and make sure they leave satisfied.
Maintain accurate service records and help manage workshop scheduling.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering (or related field).
2–3 years’ experience in aftersales or service advisory within the automotive sector.
Strong communication skills (Kurdish, Arabic; English is a plus).
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; DMS experience is a bonus.
Excellent customer service, complaint handling, and problem-solving skills.
Solid technical understanding of vehicles and repair processes.
