Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (1-hour break)
Position Overview
Dijla Factory – SuliKim Brand is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness, increase market share, and attract new customers. This role demands proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content creation, along with strong leadership skills to manage both online and offline marketing activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand message and superior customer experience.
Digital Marketing & Content Management
• Oversee and optimize SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to boost digital presence and generate high-quality leads.
• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns and automation strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, applying data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Marketing Materials & Public Relations
• Supervise the production of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, promotional videos, and brand assets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to expand brand visibility.
• Plan and execute corporate events, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in the construction or industrial sector).
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, and Email Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of branding, communication, and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Canva, SEMrush, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market trends, campaign performance, and customer data.
• Experience in mentoring and developing marketing teams to boost performance and efficiency.
