Role and Responsibilities:
A. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
B. Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos) across all social media channels.
C. Monitor and manage social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
D. Coordinate with internal departments for content inputs and approvals to ensure accuracy and consistency.
E. Manage relationships with media agencies, influencers, and digital platforms for advertising and promotional activities.
F. Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
G. Track social media and advertising campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights.
H. Assist in developing and implementing media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
I. Ensure all media activities comply with corporate branding standards and communication guidelines.
J. Maintain accurate records of media schedules, advertising spend, and content archives.
K. Support event coverage and live social media updates for corporate events, product launches, or sponsorships.
L. Stay updated with media trends, new tools, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
ii. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in media coordination or digital marketing.
iii. Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation, and analytics.
iv. Familiarity with photography, videography, and graphic design is a strong plus.
v. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
