Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing, and closing sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and market trends
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
