- Supervise and manage daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and train the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Ensure showroom displays and stock are well organized and visually appealing.
- Prepare and present sales and performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, inventory, finance) to support showroom activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum [5] years of experience in showroom/retail management (automotive industry a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
