At Eni, we are looking for a Business Integration Manager within Eni Iraq B.V. in Basra, Iraq. Reporting directly to the Head of Technical and Deputy Managing Director (DMD), you will support them in defining the company strategy to be presented to Headquarters, JMC, First Party and Partners. You will also assist in monitoring project economic KPIs, tracking activity progress and identifying improvement initiatives.
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to the MD and DMD on strategic issues related to the company’s business objectives.
- Support the MD and DMD in drafting and monitoring various budgets and plans (e.g., business plan, strategic plan) to be submitted to HQ, First Party and JV, ensuring that all business objectives are incorporated and shared across all staff and technical functions.
- Ensure consistency and integration across all work programs.
- Monitor ongoing project profitability and value by reviewing and verifying alignment between technical and economic profiles (e.g., YE Reserves & Release).
- Coordinate the preparation of content to be presented at Operating and Business Reviews.
- Coordinate the preparation of content for JMC, JVC, and Ministerial meetings, and monitor the status of required follow-up actions.
- Ensure coordination with PCLD/MCT to prevent disruptions in the endorsement of technical activities and economic evaluations.
- Manage official correspondence from MoO and SOC by assigning requests to the appropriate department and tracking the status of responses.
- Ensure regular GU technical reporting.
- Support the MD and DMD by developing high-level reports on the status of initiatives, highlighting achievements, potential issues and corrective actions.
- Monitor the overall portfolio of Continuous Improvement projects in coordination with the departments responsible for their execution.
- Track the execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with operational plans and long-term objectives, and report progress to the MD and DMD.
- Collaborate with the EIBV C&P department to ensure alignment of priorities with defined operating strategies.
Skills And Experience Required
- Preferred educational background in Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
- Extensive experience in oil and gas projects, including relevant experience in managerial roles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in business planning, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to interpret complex data and assess project profitability.
- Skilled in synthesising insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams and high-level reviews.
- Experience coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g., JVs, JMC, government bodies).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication for strategic documentation and reporting.
- High autonomy, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with budgeting, project tracking tools and technical-economic evaluations.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-departmental and external alignment.
