- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain service standards.
- Monitor check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and billing accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office or guest services supervisory role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with front office systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in Opera is a must
