About the job:
The Admin Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include handling communications, managing office inventory, coordinating events, supervising facility maintenance, and assisting with company accommodations and transportation arrangements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle facility maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Control and order office stationery, kitchen supplies, and Board of Directors (BOD) meeting requirements.
- Organize and arrange meetings and company events in coordination with the Marketing team, including support for visitors.
- Manage purchase requests for office needs and supervise office premises.
- Assist in resolving administrative issues promptly.
- Coordinate with transportation coordinators for airport and domestic travel arrangements.
- Supervise the cleaning team to ensure workplace orderliness.
- Coordinate with accommodation staff for inspections, maintenance, and follow-up of company accommodations and apartments.
- Monitor and follow up on government electricity bills, company generators’ maintenance, and company vehicles.
- Maintain and update company and property files as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management or direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role.
- Languages: Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
