Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Baghdad. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, supporting desktop computers, and ensuring efficient operation of IT systems across the company. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to help desk requests, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desktop Computer and Information Technology skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
