Position Summary:
The Senior Key Account Sales Lead is responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with key telecom operators and infrastructure partners. Acting as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, this role ensures exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term business retention. By leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and telecom industry trends, the Senior Sales Lead will develop and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth and align with the evolving demands of the sector.
Job Responsibilities:
•Cultivate and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with major telecom clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
•Gain deep insight into each client’s network expansion goals, operational challenges, and infrastructure requirements.
•Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts by proposing innovative tower solutions, co-location strategies, and service enhancements.
•Ensure timely and accurate delivery of infrastructure services, including site acquisition, deployment, and maintenance, in alignment with SLAs.
•Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (engineering, operations, legal, and finance), ensuring seamless communication and execution.
•Address and resolve client issues proactively, maintaining trust and minimizing service disruptions.
•Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives that contribute to long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
•Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights into inter-nal leadership and client stakeholders using key account metrics.
•Perform any relevant tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager.
Required Experience:
•Experience in B2B sales, account management, or telecom infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of telecom networks, site deployment, and regulatory frameworks.
•Proven ability to develop and sell tailored solutions (e.g., co-location, fiber, power services).
•Experience in contract negotiation, pricing models, and SLAs.
•Skilled in cross-functional coordination with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance).
•Proficient in using CRM systems and analytics for performance tracking and forecasting.
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience in selling to wireless & transmission telecommunication customers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Skills & Competencies:
•Fluency (both oral and written) in both English and Arabic.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Strong sales and negotiation skills.
•Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team in essential.
•Superb problem-solving skills to assist in overcoming unexpected challenges arising.
