Summary
The role focuses on enhancing Korek’s brand visibility and positioning in Baghdad and the surrounding regions by implementing and localizing brand-building, PR, CSR, and digital initiatives aligned with the headquarters’ strategy. It involves executing integrated communication and advertising campaigns tailored to the local market, managing relationships with local media, partners, and agencies, and supporting the launch of new products through comprehensive 360° campaigns in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement Korek’s communication and advertising strategy in Baghdad, aligned with the national MarCom plan.
• Localize and execute ATL & BTL campaigns and monitor their regional effectiveness.
• Manage local events, sponsorships, and CSR activities as per the annual plan and allocated budget.
• Coordinate with product marketing, sales, and customer care to support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Supervise the execution of digital and social media campaigns targeted at the Baghdad audience.
• Oversee outdoor media, print material distribution, and in-store branding to ensure visibility at key touchpoints.
• Evaluate local media opportunities and contribute to planning the optimal media mix for the region.
• Build strong relationships with regional media, influencers, and content creators.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and assist in reporting performance vs. objectives (ROI, brand awareness, engagement).
• Ensure all materials comply with Korek brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with HQ communication teams to align messaging, creative direction, and brand consistency.
