Summary
The Marketing Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, including campaign implementation, vendor coordination, and process optimization. This role ensures effective collaboration across departments, alignment with strategic marketing goals, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency to enhance Korek’s brand presence and marketing impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the execution of marketing operational tasks, ensuring alignment with Korek’s brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Fulfil management and departmental requests related to marketing needs across Iraq.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance, Procurement) to align marketing activities with broader business goals.
- Manage logistics for marketing campaigns, events, branding rollouts, and promotional initiatives.
- Evaluate and report on campaign performance, execution efficiency, and vendor compliance.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and execution workflows.
- Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations, product launches, and regional marketing initiatives.
- Oversee marketing procurement processes including PR/PO issuance, budget tracking, and invoice follow-up.
- Ensure proper documentation, timely approvals, and adherence to internal processes for all marketing operations activities.
- Support post-campaign evaluations and suggest improvements for future executions.
- Monitor compliance with brand guidelines and company procedures in all delivered materials.
