Context/Reporting line:
Under the overall supervision of the Sr Programme Coordinator (Peace Bldg&Stabl) and the direct supervision of the National Operations Officer, the candidate will perform the following duties:
Core Functions / Responsibilities
1. Collect, deliver, and move items as requested.
2. Collect and distribute mail and/or packages.
3. Ensure sufficient stock of drinking water and initiate daily supply and delivery to office water coolers.
4. Verify sufficient stock of printing papers and initiate daily supply and delivery to office printers and copier machines, including updating the stock card.
5. Provide general assistance to the Operations Team in the case grouped arrivals of participants attending IOM activities within PSD through charter flights or bus.
6. Provide general assistance to the operations team in the case of organizing hall setup, preparing supporting documents, including agenda, Letter of Invitation, and attendance sheet.
7. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from an accredited academic university or institution, or
• Completed high school diploma degree with 1 year of relevant professional experience.
Experience and Skills:
• Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
• Skill in coordinating event management requirements.
• Microsoft office packages.

• Customer and service-oriented attitude.
Languages:
• Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is required.
• Working Knowledge in Any other language is an Advantage.
