📍 Location: Iraq - Baghdad

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Department to ensure full compliance with cGMP, ISO standards, and all applicable local and international regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Supervise QA operations including:
- Internal and external audits
- Deviations, CAPAs, and investigations
- Complaints handling and risk assessments
- Batch record review and product release
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Production, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, etc.) to ensure consistent quality processes.
- Manage validation and qualification activities across the site.
- Ensure quality documentation is properly maintained and regularly updated.
- Provide training and mentoring to QA staff and other departments on quality-related topics.
- Generate regular quality reports and KPIs for senior management.
✅ Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, WHO, FDA, EMA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and electronic QMS tools is preferred.
