We are looking for a dedicated and skilled R&D Formulation Lab Operator to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in solid dosage form development and a passion for pharmaceutical innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain R&D lab equipment for solid dosage forms (e.g., High Shear Mixer, Cone Mill, Compression & Coating Machines).
- Assist R&D Formulators during formulation trials and experiment setups.
- Conduct quality control tests on solid dosage forms using lab instruments (disintegration, hardness, friability, moisture, tap density analyzer, etc.).
- Manage inventory of lab chemicals and change parts for R&D machines.
- Follow lab safety protocols and report any hazards to the Formulation Head.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related scientific field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical R&D or formulation lab (preferably with solid dosage forms).
Knowledge of GMP and laboratory safety practices.
Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Basic computer skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork.
