Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to join our team in Basra. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including daily operations, team management, customer service, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage inventory and stock-taking to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive continuous growth.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Technological proficiency and ability to adapt to digital tools.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
