We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing financial records, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling both finance-related tasks and office administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, invoices, and payroll documentation.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Handle office administration, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with external partners.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist management with administrative and financial tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or office administration.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required. English is a plus.
