Position Overview
The Lab Technician Trainee will support laboratory operations within the Cementing and Stimulation Department by performing basic testing, handling laboratory equipment, and assisting senior staff in daily activities. This entry-level role is designed to provide structured training and development opportunities for recent graduates or individuals with limited laboratory experience who are eager to build a career in the oilfield services sector. Required Qualifications

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety principles, including chemical handling, safe waste disposal, and the proper use of PPE.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods while conducting laboratory tests.
- Ability to lift and transport laboratory equipment and heavy materials .
- Capacity to work in an environment that may involve exposure to chemicals, noise, and other laboratory conditions (with appropriate safety gear provided).
