Role Description
This is a contract role for a Service Project Manager, located in Basra. The Service Project Manager will oversee service delivery management, ensuring customer satisfaction and high standards of service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include managing IT service management processes, addressing customer service inquiries, and maintaining strong communication with clients. This role is on-site and requires effective coordination with team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise
- IT Service Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Basra
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
