The Project Officer will support the effective rollout and management of Tiptop’s online taxi services in Mosul. This role ensures smooth daily operations, driver engagement, customer satisfaction, and alignment with company goals. The officer will also monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and support the development of innovative services that address the local context of Ninawa.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Oversee daily taxi operations in Mosul, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with policies and regulations.
* Manage driver recruitment, registration, onboarding, training, and performance, while maintaining updated records and resolving concerns.
* Coordinate driver schedules, shifts, and replacements to minimize service disruptions.
* Support the design and implementation of customer programs (monthly subscriptions for students/employees, event-based trips, loyalty schemes, etc.).
* Monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for service improvement.
* Collect, analyze, and report on operational data (rides, revenue, complaints, cancellations, etc.) with weekly/monthly summaries.
* Manage administrative and financial documentation, including driver payments, commissions, and supplier coordination.
* Contribute to the rollout of innovative services unique to Tiptop (maintenance support, subscription models, event arrangements).
* Any additional task assigned by the management must be carried out accordingly.
Education Background: High School, Diploma/BSc.
Work Experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of Exp.

- Proficiency in Arabic and good in English.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office and using systems.
