Summary
Plan, lead & Control regional indirect sales target in an effective and efficient way in line with strategy and objectives of indirect sales unit, and will be a member of a highly collaborative sales team, and be responsible for managing all sales channels in specific region from all angles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all regional indirect sales operations in coordination and cooperation with the commercial management team.
- Fully responsible for achieving regional KPIs in terms of sales, active subscribers, and revenues.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the director of the unit on the allocated functionality.
- Lead the main dealers’ meetings on a regular basis and review their evaluations in coordination with sales management.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Engage with MD sales reps to achieve targets, enhance awareness, improve product knowledge, identify new opportunities, and develop market intelligence.
- Exchange ideas and suggestions and find the right ground to reach the main goal.
- Solve issues and accelerate the response process by Korek.
- Conduct periodical meetings with the sales team to evaluate the distribution network and staff performance, revise regional targets with achieved results, and adjust to any changes in plans or forecasts.
- Monitor on a daily basis MDs’ performance, results, and market developments.
- Build a solid indirect sales network to ensure proper sales coverage.
- Maintain relationships with main distributors and related stakeholders.
- Monitor Korek stock in the market and maintain it at the minimum required level.
- Ensure all Korek policies and procedures are properly implemented in the region.
- Conduct regular meetings with the region’s management and staff to enhance engagement, boost motivation, and maintain strong communication between regional staff and the Head Office.
- Recommend operational changes within the allocated functionality in response to changing conditions.
- Support the marketing team by providing ongoing market feedback and assisting in their operational tasks.
- Provide feedback and analysis on competitor activities.
- Provide timely advice on business risks and identify potential regional risk issues.
