This role supports the Managing Director in running the studio at its highest potential.
About the role:
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who operates with speed, clarity, and integrity. You’ll be the right hand of the Managing Director, helping keep things moving across the studio, while maintaining structure, communication, and executional follow-up.
This isn’t a passive desk role. It’s a highly engaged position for someone sharp, proactive, and able to move fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the MD’s calendar, schedule, and communication flow
- Prepare briefs, decks, and summaries for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate across departments and make sure tasks follow through
- Track deliverables, prepare to-do lists, and manage internal timelines
- Accompany MD to key meetings, events, and business trips when required
- Record and document internal processes and decisions
- Support internal content creation (photos/videos of meetings, moments, travels)
- Help in onboarding, hiring coordination, and basic operational matters
- Keep internal culture aligned, vibrant, and on-message

- Strong communicator in both Arabic and English
- Confident, professional, yet easy to work with
- Naturally detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Flexible and open to travel or extended hours when necessary
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, Notion, etc.
- Background in communications, operations, or executive support is a plus
- Must be based in Baghdad – Karkh preferred or own car required
