Position Overview:
Bab Al-Najah is seeking a motivated and dynamic “Sales Consultant” to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, persuasion, and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and effectively close real estate deals.
Key Details
- Location: Bab Al-Najah Headquarter Office, Floria City, Koya Road, Erbil, Iraq
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities Overview:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients interested in real estate investments.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key project features and benefits.
- Create, utilize, and manage promotional content (e.g., photos and videos) for advertising available property listings across various channels.
- Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a professional manner.
- Negotiate terms and close real estate deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update accurate client records in the company’s CRM/database.
- Collaborate with the marketing and call center teams to maximize qualified leads.
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and meet individual and team sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is highly preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish, and a good understanding of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
