Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Relationship Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our software products, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Code-Alalam’s software products and digital services to new and existing clients.
Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and online channels.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain system features and benefits to clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and support.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery and implementation.
Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Previous experience in software sales or IT services (preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of technology and software products.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks.
Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (preferred).
