Purpose of the Position
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This role involves managing team tasks, updating and tracking sales data, coordinating with other departments, and handling various administrative duties related to sales operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Sharing target and follow up with sales team for archiving the shared target.
- Follow employees’ daily tasks (Agent and Merchant Details).(NW & Acquiring)
- Meeting with sales employees to follow up and update them on new information.
- Handling client’s requests and problems by liaising with sales employees and other departments.
- Meeting or visiting clients (Agents, Merchants, NGOs, Corporates, Acquiring), old or new clients.
- Visiting other cities for face-to-face meetings with staff and clients to gather feedback and work on improvements.
- Tracking on POSs and marketing materials to be delivered to the merchants on the time required.
- Preparing Mobile Staffs for NW clients.
- Tracking onboarding merchant system and assigning sales rep
- Assigning the requested tasks form the management per employees
- Reporting the Issues with the related departments through Geria
- Coordinating with Marketing team to provide materials, plans, and activities.
- Distributing marketing materials (Coordinating with Marketing, preparing materials, sharing with sales staff per city, delivering to clients).
- Coordinating financial processes related to sales operations.
- Collaborating with Technical team to provide the requirements per client request or suggesting ideas.
- Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly (agents, merchants, enterprises).
- Mentoring the sales team on client service best practices and provided training and materials.
- Coordinating staff leave requests according to attendance and coverage needs.
- Evaluating the sales staffs according to the provided KPIs and performance requirements
- Reporting the required report with sales supervisor (Client report)
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 2-5 years in the field with some leadership experience.
- Good knowledge of industry and company processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
