Role Overview:
As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and helping customers find the right items. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend clothing, accessories, or styles that suit them.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products, sizes, fabrics, and promotions.
- Handle cash register operations, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items to management.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Retail or Sales, preferably in clothing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Basic computer skills (POS system/cash register use).

- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
