Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for vehicle sales, delivering a high standard of customer service, and developing long-term relationships with clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
1- Sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Guide customers in selecting vehicles that align with their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations, facilitate test drives, and clearly explain vehicle specifications and advantages.
- Handle negotiations on pricing, financing options, and trade-ins in accordance with company policies.
- Complete all necessary sales paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
2- Customer Relationship Management
- Foster lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Offer after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep the CRM system updated with current and accurate customer information.
3- Market Insight
- Represent the company and its brands with professionalism and integrity.
- Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, and dealership promotions.
- Monitor market activity and competitors’ offerings in Erbil and nearby areas.
4- Team Collaboration
- Work effectively with team members to meet collective sales goals.
- Adhere to internal policies, ethical standards, and local laws.
- Take part in ongoing training to improve vehicle knowledge and sales expertise.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of automotive sales experience, ideally with a recognized brand.
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish; intermediate English is desirable
