Job Description:
The Sales Officer at Floria city manages customer accounts, guides clients through property transactions, and ensures smooth contract negotiations. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the property buying process.
- Maintain and update customer records in the sales database.
- Assist in contract negotiations and finalize sales transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues.
- Support sales events and promotional marketing activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
