Job Description:
The Junior Sales Executive at the Floria city project supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, assisting with property viewings, and facilitating transactions. This role plays a key part in client engagement, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
- Support senior executives in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Provide post-sale support and follow-ups to clients.
- Collect and input SMFs into the digital database.
- Ensure proper coordination of contract procedures with relevant departments.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
