Job Title: Storekeeper - TAO Erbil
Location: Erbil - Makhmoor Road
About the Job:
The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving and storing spare parts, ensuring safety and compliance with storage procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations in line with TAO policies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control spare parts inventory to ensure adequacy
- Receive and inspect spare parts following bills and procedures
- Ensure stock safety, security, and protection from damage
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and layout
- Prepare picking lists and fulfill orders for customers and maintenance
- Notify relevant teams about order readiness or shortages
- Perform stock checking and prepare parts requirement lists
- Record goods receipts in Autoline and upload related documents
- Operate forklift for loading/unloading as needed
- Execute tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Required Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience: Minimum of two years in a warehouse or storekeeping role
Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English are required.

- Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions
- Good time management and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of inventory procedures and safety practices
