DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Continuously improve oneself to have accurate and detailed information about all our products in order to be able to introduce our products correctly.
2. To be able to compare our own products with competitor products and to have information that can reveal the competitive advantages of our products.
3. Discover the real needs of current and potential customers and provide the products and services they want to receive.
4. Participate in and contribute to the annual budget studies of the Export Directorate.
5. Conduct research to achieve annual regional targets (through methods such as fairs, market visits, importer company lists) and develop strategies based on country, customer, product and price.
6. Conduct distributor research in the region under responsibility, determine potential ones, recommend them to the Export Manager and ensure that distributor agreements are made.
7. Develop and recommend promotional activities to be carried out with institutions or organizations that are effective in the selection decision regarding all our products in the region under responsibility and carry them out in cooperation with the relevant distributor after approval. In addition, planning and ensuring the implementation of marketing activities (advertisement, fair, promotion etc.) with distributors or on behalf of Kalekim.
8. Making periodic customer visits for the effective management of distributor relations.
9. Monitoring and reporting market and competitor activities in the region under his/her responsibility.
10. Ensuring the preparation of proforma/offer letters in accordance with incoming order requests with the approval of the Export Manager and following up with customers.
11. Proposing to the Export Manager the selection of the transportation company that will provide transportation during export.
12. Ensuring that the collections of sales made as export are made on time.
13. Ensuring that the reports listed below are issued correctly and on time;
Detailed Collection Report of Export Department (Monthly)
Activity Report for Countries Responsible (Monthly)
Visit Report (After each visit)
14. To deliver customer notifications sent to it for abroad to the Customer Complaints Manager
15. If necessary, to carry out on-site inspection action with the relevant person
16. To participate in planned training activities regarding the customer complaint process when necessary
17. To support the Marketing Unit in customer satisfaction perception measurements
18. To manage the necessary contract flows with customers
