Location: Baghdad, IraqType: Full-timeDepartment: SufoofJob Description:The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process of teachers, morsheds, and other academic/support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect CVs of candidates (teachers, morsheds, other academic/support roles) from various sources and channels.
- Review and filter CVs according to the company’s hiring criteria.
- Reach out to potential candidates and manage communications.
- Coordinate and request video test submissions from shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain an organized database of applicants and their status in the recruitment process.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and professional representation of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates based on specific criteria.
- Attention to detail in reviewing CVs and tests.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for educational institutions or training centers.
- Knowledge of onboarding best practices.
