Job Description
Position Summary
AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Information and Support Center Agent to drive its mission of delivering customer satisfaction and experience. In this pivotal role, the Information and Support Center Agent will handle inquiries, provide guidance, resolve issues as needed, escalate matters when necessary, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle external calls and messages from prospective students, parents, job seekers, etc., and inform and advise callers about program and course offerings, tuition fees, admissions requirements, and procedures.
- Handle internal calls and emails from students and follow up with students for any inquiries.
- Make sure that the end user and student requests are met and get them in touch with the right office or personnel as needed.
- Properly diagnose issues and route unresolved issues to the next level of support.
5. Bilingual in Arabic and English; other language is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops, and common Windows applications in a Windows environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CRM System experience.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English; other language is a plus.

- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business administration, or a related discipline
