Purpose of the Position
The Branch Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, leading and
supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, ensuring the achievement of
sales targets, and maintaining alignment with operational, financial, and compliance
requirements. The role also includes mentoring, reporting, and cross-department
coordination to support the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Corporate merchant onboarding and client relationship management.
• Conducting market research and identifying sales opportunities across regions.
• Managing and motivating the sales team to meet assigned goals and improve
performance.
• Ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
• Sharing sales targets with the team and following up regularly to ensure
achievement.
• Monitoring employees’ daily tasks related to agents and merchants for both
NassWallet (NW), NassPay and NASS ONE – Acquiring.
• Holding regular meetings with sales employees to share updates, new strategies,
and information.
• Supporting sales employees in handling client requests and liaising with relevant
departments for resolutions.
• Meeting or visiting NassWallet clients (Agents, Merchants, NGOs, Corporates) –
including new and existing clients.
• Traveling to other cities for face-to-face meetings with staQ and clients to collect
feedback and identify improvements.
• Tracking delivery of POS devices and marketing materials to merchants to ensure
timely execution.
• Coordinating and preparing mobile sales staQ assignments for NW clients or any
other NASS products.
• Monitoring contract status across all cities and ensuring updates are reflected in the
system.
• Assigning management-requested tasks to appropriate employees and ensuring
completion.
• Coordinating with the Marketing team to obtain and distribute materials, develop
plans, and execute campaigns.
• Managing the logistics of marketing materials: coordinating preparation, distribution
to sales staQ, and client delivery.
• Coordinating financial processes and documentation related to sales operations.
• Working with the Technical team to fulfill client requests and provide suggestions for
improvement.
• Addressing and resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional
manner.
• Providing guidance, mentoring, and training materials to sales staQ on best client
service practices.
• Managing staQ leave schedules and ensuring operational coverage in line with
attendance requirements.
• Evaluating the sales staQ based on KPIs and performance benchmarks.
• Preparing and submitting required reports with the Sales Supervisor, when
applicable including:
• CBI reports
• Client reports
• AML and Compliance requirements
These reports are to be submitted to the Head of Department and Management for
review and final approval before submitting to other departments.
• Overseeing entire branch operations, ensuring seamless coordination between
sales, admin, and support functions.
• Acting as the primary liaison between branch staQ and Headquarters for all
operational and administrative matters.
• Managing branch budgets, expenses, and ensuring cost eQiciency while maintaining
operational excellence.
• Handling staQ recruitment, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR and
senior management.
• Overseeing branch security and asset management, including POS devices, IT
equipment, and marketing materials.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance branch eQiciency and customer
experience.
• Representing the branch in management meetings and presenting performance,
challenges, and recommendations.
• Driving local marketing initiatives in coordination with HQ to boost brand visibility
and sales.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality across
all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
- 5 + years of sales experience, including a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team coaching and performance evaluation
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in reporting to management
- Familiar with compliance and AML processes, including documentation
- Proven B2B client management experience (onboarding, support, and retention)
