Position Details
•Job Title: Warehouse & Accountant Officer
•Location: Sulaymaniyah (near Darwaza City)
•Head Office: Sulaymaniyah
•Employment Type: Full-Time (Saturday to Thursday | 8 Hours per Day)
•Gender Requirement: Female

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
•Supervise the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of incoming materials.
•Maintain accurate stock and movement records through regular auditing and documentation.
•Conduct weekly and monthly inventory checks to identify variances or discrepancies.
•Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and quality standards.
•Prepare and submit detailed reports on stock levels, movements, and usage trends.
Accounting & Financial Responsibilities
•Record and monitor all financial transactions (sales, purchases, and expenses) with precision.
•Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-ups and reconciliations.
•Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial summaries.
•Support budgeting, cost control, and internal audit activities in coordination with management.
•Ensure full compliance with accounting principles, taxation laws, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting and warehouse management role.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ability in data analysis and reporting.
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
•Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
•Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
•High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
•Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is an advantage.
•Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required, English is a plus.
