What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
Experience
• Preferred: Prior experience in quality control, industrial lab testing, or chemical analysis.
• Also Considered: Fresh graduates with strong laboratory skills.
Languages
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential for technical reporting and internal communication.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Skilled in technical documentation, lab reporting, and data analysis.
• Confident in delivering presentations and internal training sessions.
Soft Skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Reliable, proactive, and well-organized, especially in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities
Product Quality & Testing
• Perform laboratory testing of raw materials and finished goods based on international standards.
• Document and report test results accurately and professionally.
Process Improvement & Support
• Support product development initiatives and investigate quality deviations.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly QC routines and contribute to corrective actions.
Internal Reporting & Communication
• Prepare reports, participate in lab audits and reviews, and present findings to stakeholders or auditors as needed.
