Position Overview
SuliKim, a leading Iraqi manufacturer of construction chemicals and tile adhesives, is seeking an experienced and goal-driven Sales Manager for the Kurdistan Region to lead and expand our sales operations.
This leadership position requires a professional who can build strong customer networks, manage and mentor sales teams, develop market strategies, and ensure consistent growth and profitability in line with the company’s vision and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage sales teams across Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Duhok, and Halabja, ensuring regional coverage and performance excellence.
• Define sales targets, monitor KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
• Implement modern sales techniques to strengthen customer loyalty and market share.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, distributors, and contractors.
• Conduct field visits, site meetings, and professional presentations to promote SuliKim products.
• Ensure consistent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
Market & Business Development
• Analyze regional markets, competitors, and pricing trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Technical Departments for promotional campaigns and product seminars.
• Drive market expansion in both project-based and retail sales sectors.
Reporting & Compliance
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from order placement to delivery and payment collection.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, pricing systems, and ethical guidelines.
• Submit professional sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the General Sales Directorate.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience within construction materials or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Must own a private vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the Kurdistan Region.
