Assistant Sales Manager (Civil Engineer)
Location: Sulaymaniyah – Head Office
Employment Type: Full-Time (Saturday to Thursday | 8 hours per day)

About the Role
We are a leading Iraqi manufacturer of construction materials, tile adhesives, and paints looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our growing sales operations. The role involves assisting in planning, coordination, reporting, and maintaining strong customer relations.
A background in Civil Engineering is highly preferred due to the technical nature of our products.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, reporting, and client coordination
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
• Analyze sales data and track KPIs
• Coordinate with Production, Finance, and Logistics teams
• Maintain the CRM system and handle client inquiries
• Participate in sales planning, marketing activities, and events
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Strong communication skills in Kurdish and Arabic (English is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently
