Position Summary
SuliKim, a pioneering Iraqi manufacturer of construction adhesives and chemical solutions, is seeking a highly qualified Technical Training Engineer to lead its nationwide technical education and product application initiatives.
This position requires a professional engineer capable of bridging technical expertise with effective communication — someone who can train engineers, applicators, and distributors, deliver high-level technical seminars, and ensure that SuliKim products are correctly and professionally applied in all project environments.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Technical Training & Education
• Design and conduct comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars for clients, engineers, and technical teams.
• Deliver professional presentations and live demonstrations highlighting SuliKim’s product performance and application systems.
• Develop training curricula, manuals, videos, and technical guides in collaboration with the R&D and Marketing departments.
• Provide continuous education to internal sales teams and external partners to strengthen product knowledge and brand confidence.
2. Field & Application Support
• Supervise on-site product trials and field applications, ensuring full compliance with technical datasheets (TDS).
• Evaluate product performance under field conditions and prepare technical feedback reports for management and laboratory teams.
• Support project engineers and contractors by offering hands-on guidance and troubleshooting during product application.
3. Technical Communication & Coordination
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Quality Control teams to align training content with product updates and market requirements.
• Represent SuliKim in industry exhibitions, professional conferences, and engineering seminars as a technical spokesperson.
• Contribute to the development of multilingual training materials (Kurdish, Arabic, English) to meet the needs of Iraq’s diverse markets.
Qualifications & Competencies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Materials Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in construction materials, tile adhesives, coatings, or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong presentation, communication, and public-speaking abilities.
• Excellent command of Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and multimedia presentation tools.
• Must hold a valid driving license and be ready to travel extensively across Iraq.
