Position Overview:
The Project Development Officer acts as a key link between clients and the Projects Department to drive business growth and successful collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up on new project opportunities.
- Set meetings with project owners, consultants, and developers to introduce our company’s design and furniture solutions.
- Coordinate closely with the Projects Manager and design team to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Represent the company professionally during site and client visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to support business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Architecture or a relevant field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in architectural sales, project development, or client relations is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and advanced English.
- Knowledge in design software, such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
- Willing to travel to other location inside and outside Iraq.
