Job Title: Wholes Sales Consultant
Location: SAS Toyota – Baghdad – Al-Harthiya
About the Job:
The Whole Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving wholesale vehicle sales, managing relationships with external dealerships and bulk buyers, and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory to meet market demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Main duties & responsibilities:
Wholesale Sales Development:
- Drive wholesale sales by identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with external dealerships, fleet buyers, and other bulk purchasers.
- Work closely with the Sales and Inventory teams to ensure a steady flow of vehicles and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and conditions for wholesale transactions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with wholesale customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a primary point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant product information.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to manage the availability of vehicles for wholesale sales.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of required models to meet customer demand.
- Assist in managing the logistics and timely delivery of vehicles to clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the automotive market, including competitive pricing and industry developments.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for wholesale sales and assess the needs of potential customers.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team regarding customer trends and market conditions.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all wholesale sales transactions, including contracts, pricing, and delivery details.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with dealership policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Service departments, to optimize the sales process.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to identify business opportunities and improve sales operations.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale sales, automotive sales, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate sales with external clients.
- Experience working with vehicle inventory and logistics is a plus
- Must be at an advanced level in the English language.
- Computer skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
