Job Title: Fleet Aftersales Consultant

About the Job:
The Fleet Aftersales Consultant’s responsibilities are to ensure the ongoing satisfaction and loyalty of fleet customers by providing exceptional aftersales support and service. By serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sales service interactions, the Fleet Aftersales Consultant aims to address fleet customers’ service-related needs promptly, efficiently, and effectively. Through proactive communication, thorough assistance, and diligent problem-solving, the Fleet Aftersales Consultant strives to uphold the dealership’s commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction and retention within the fleet segment.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to fleet customers to schedule service appointments and follow up on completed services, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to fleet customers regarding service options, pricing, and timelines, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Act as the primary point of contact for fleet customers regarding all service-related inquiries, concerns, and appointments.
- Monitor the progress of fleet vehicle repairs and service work, keeping customers informed of any delays or changes to their service schedules.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure seamless communication and coordination for fleet customers.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Auto Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Must be at an advanced level in the English language.
- Computer skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving.
- Advanced skills in English are required.
