Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and manage digital, social media, and offline marketing activities to ensure consistent brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget effectively.
• Oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and events from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Strengthen the company’s online presence through SEO, paid ads, and social media strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, agencies, and partners.
• Manage the company’s brand image, ensuring clear and unified messaging across all platforms.
• Support recruitment and internal branding initiatives through employer branding campaigns.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members to achieve department goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of design and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
