About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Producer with a strong agency background to support our in-house marketing and content production operations in Erbil.
The ideal candidate understands both the creative and production sides of content creation — from briefing and coordination to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily creative production activities, including graphic design, video shooting, and post-production.
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and marketing briefs.
Collaborate closely with the Istanbul marketing team to align local executions with overall brand strategy.
Identify and communicate resource gaps (e.g., video editor, photographer) and suggest solutions proactively.
Maintain the production calendar and follow up on project timelines.
Provide creative input during content planning, helping elevate visual and storytelling quality.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
Strong understanding of visual communication, storytelling, and social media formats.
Ability to coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of design and video production tools (Adobe Suite preferred).
Fluent in English; Arabic or Kurdish is a plus.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
