Savana is an international e-commerce company redefining cross-border shopping in Iraq. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist or an Influencer who is able to drive our growth, position Savana as the market leader, and build lasting relationships with users.
Role Overview
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Savana’s expansion in Iraq. You’ll design and execute marketing strategies that fuel user growth, strengthen brand awareness, and shape the way customers engage with Savana. This role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of the Iraqi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement both online and offline.
- Market & User Insights: Research local market trends and user behavior through data analysis, surveys, and interviews, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Brand Development: Build and strengthen Savana’s identity in Iraq through community engagement, influencer partnerships, and innovative promotional activities.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign results, measure ROI, and provide clear reports to guide business decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and cross-border teams to design and implement new growth strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Good command in Kurdish or Arabic .
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, user research, or growth strategy.
- Ability to transform data and user insights into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a results-driven mindset.
