Bab Al-Najah Company for Real Estate Investments is looking to hire a “Marketing Manager” to join its team, based on the following details:
Location: Bab Al-Najah’s Headquarter Office, Floria City, Koya Road, Erbil, Iraq
Working Days: From Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: From 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities Overview:
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s real estate projects and services.
- Plan, manage, and oversee advertising and promotional activities across various platforms (social media, digital, print, outdoor, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the call centre and sales teams to generate qualified leads and align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Create and supervise the production of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and online content.
- Manage the company’s online presence and coordinate digital marketing initiatives to increase engagement and visibility.
- Organize and oversee marketing events, open houses, and property exhibitions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high-quality execution of all projects.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and ensure all marketing activities reflect the company’s vision.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and marketing software.
- Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish is a must; English is an advantage.
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
