Job Summary:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for dynamically driving the development and execution of Lezzoo’s marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with marketing professionals to design campaigns, create content, and analyze current market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies with implementation plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee and coordinate all marketing activities, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand vision.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are cost efficient and generate a strong return on investment.
- Ensure smooth workflow between marketing team and graphic designers.
- Lead the creation of the content calendar that will be set in place for each month according to overall marketing and business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong online presence, engaging with the target audience, and achieving marketing goals.
- Collaborate with local influencers whose content aligns with Lezzoo’s brand and target consumers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketers, including digital specialists, content creators, and designers, fostering creativity and strategic thinking.
- Manage social media content across platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to support strategic marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Drive creative direction for multimedia projects, branding, and advertisements, staying updated on trends and tools to enhance marketing materials and team innovation.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in Marketing Roles, especially as a Marketing Manager.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data into decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English language.
