Purpose of the job: The purpose of the Junior Control System Engineer position is to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of control systems for industrial processes, Under the guidance of senior engineersMain Duties and Responsibilities:– Assist in the design of control systems for industrial processes.
– Contribute to the development of control algorithms and logic.
– Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate control systems into overall project design
– Participate in the programming and configuration of control systems using industry-standard software.
– Implement and test control algorithms to ensure proper system functionality.
– Work on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and RTU (Remote terminal unit).
– Work on integrating control systems with other components of complex industrial projects, ensuring seamless operation and functionality.
– Generate technical reports, manuals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
– Assist in troubleshooting control system issues and implement corrective actions.
– Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability and performance.
– Work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
– A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, control systems engineering or automation engineering
– Good in English Language
– Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
– Ability to design and implement control algorithms.
– Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of communication protocols used in industrial automation, such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
