Job Description:
- Familiarity with Iraqi local engineering codes (e.g., Iraqi National Building Code) and international oil & gas standards (API, ISO 13623) is mandatory
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, material data sheets, and project specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address on-site technical issues
- On-Site Construction Supervision. Conduct hands-on oversight of critical civil activities, Witness key civil tests performed by EPC, Resolve technical disputes
- Design review, construction supervision, and quality assurance of field-specific infrastructure-including oil/gas gathering stations, storage tank foundations, pipeline, water treatment facilities, and auxiliary structures (workshops, staff quarters). The incumbent will ensure all civil operations comply with international oil & gas standards (API, ISO), Iraqi local regulations (Iraqi National Building Code, Ministry of Oil directives), and strict HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) protocols, while mitigating region

(extreme heat, sandstorms, remote material sourcing, and local labor coordination).

Requirements
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General) :
- Minimum Education Qualifications : Related Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree
- Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience in oil & gas field projects, with prior experience in the Middle East (especially Iraq, Kuwait, or Saudi Arabia) highly preferred
- Language Skills : Mastering English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
- Computer Skills : Proficiency in civil engineering software: AutoCAD
- Certificates : With professional technology level certificate
