Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Manager located in Baghdad.
The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing commercial strategies, and achieving revenue targets across retail operations. The role focuses on sales performance management, business development, market expansion, and maximizing profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing commercial and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Driving revenue growth and achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Analyzing sales performance, KPIs, and market trends
Managing pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial campaigns
Leading and mentoring the sales and store management teams
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with operations to ensure product availability
Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
Preparing sales forecasts and management reports
Ensuring brand standards and commercial policies are implemented effectively

Qualifications
Strong background in Sales Management and Commercial Strategy
Proven experience in achieving revenue targets and driving profitability
Excellent analytical skills (KPIs, sales reports, forecasting)
Strong leadership and team management skills
High-level negotiation and communication skills
Solid understanding of retail operations and international brand standards
Organizational and strategic planning skills are essential
Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail sales or commercial management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
